CARPENTRY ASSEMBLY

OVERVIEW

This is a long term assignment at a manufacturing facility in Burlington.  You will be building wood products & structures that require knowledge and experience with a variety of hand tools.  You will also need to have the ability to read a tape measure and interpret work orders.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and assemble various products
• Check product to meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS                    

• Ability to work efficiently with hands
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret a work order
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Compliance and attention to all safety regulations
• Excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/Equivalent PREFERRED but not required

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

• 1^st Shift 6:30-5pm M-TH
• 2^nd Shift 4 pm – 3am M-TH

WAGE

• $15.25/hr (1^st Shift)
• $15.50/hr (2^nd Shift)

• Pre-employment background screening
