Temp-to-Hire.  Production/Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility in Victor. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Remove parts from injection molding machines or conveyors and inspect for quality defects.
• Trim, clip, and assemble parts as specified and package approximately
• Label boxes and stack skids with boxes for shipping
• Complete production reports
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Dependable with the ability to be at work on time
• Able to stand for 10-12 hours
• Able to exert up to 30 pounds of force to lift boxes and stack product
• Able to stop, kneel, reach, turn, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Able to perform simple math function for production counts
• Able to follow written directions
• Able to communicate in a courteous manner with people
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to determine whether parts confirm to quality specifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 12 hour shift.  Working 15 days per month every other weekend off.

WAGE
• $10/hr.  $11/hr after 90 days ($1/hr shift differential when working 6pm-6am)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow scripts using computer and internet based dialer to make fundraising for Republican and Conservative clients.
• Meeting daily production goals.

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
32- 40 hours a week. Monday – Thursday 12:30-9:00, Friday 8:30-5.  Occasional Saturday hours but they are not mandatory. Employees choose what days a week they would like to work while sticking to the required hours.

WAGE
$9.50/ hour. $20.00 bonus for employees who work 40 hours in a week. 50 cent bonus for each credit card that has been secured by the representative for a client contribution.

This job opportunity is with a plastics manufacturing facility in Grinnell and is considered a long term assignment.  You will be working with large molds and you will get your hands dirty.  STEEL TOED BOOTS/SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS FACILITY.

• Mold work includes pouring molds, loading/unloading mold, removing finished product, and trimming product. (You will be part of a two man team)
• Adhere to quality control and to process procedures
