OVERVIEW

For those that like to organize, this warehouse opportunity deserves a look.   As a warehouse worker, working in a manufacturing facility in Victor you will be staging materials for the production team to ensure that operations run smoothly as well as running a press.  This is considered Temp-to-Hire position.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stage required materials for the upcoming 24 hrs. based on a daily staging list
  • Transfer inventory from the returns to warehouse locations
  • Enter all finished goods inventory location transaction into the computer
  • Participate in physical inventories as directed by management
  • Perform general warehouse housekeeping, organization, and safety assurance
  • Other duties as may be assigned by management

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS                    

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Mathematical, reading, and comprehension skills
  • Able to communicate in a courteous manner when working with other team members
  • Computer literate

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience

 

WORK HOURS/SHIFT

  • 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Working 2-2-3 Schedule
  • 8 hour shifts 10am – 6pm or 12pm – 8pm Monday thru Friday
  • 8 hour shifts 10pm – 6am Monday thru Friday

 

WAGE

  • $12/hr.

Welding Fabricator

 As a Welder you'll use jigs/holding fixtures to lay out pieces to be welded according to blueprints, layouts, schematics or work orders and use manual/semi-automatic welding equipment to join, surface, fabricate and repair metal or other weldable materials.

Press/Machine Operator

Job Summary:

This operator position in Victor, IA is ideal for someone who is very accurate and has precise attention to detail. This is a temp to hire position work 12 hour days, on a rotating schedule.

Job Duties:

  • Independently removes plastic parts from team’s injection molding machines or conveyors and inspects the parts for quality defects.
  • Independently trims, clips and assembles parts as is specified by job operation sheets, then packages parts in boxes.
  • Labels boxes and stacks skids with filled boxes for shipping. Independently completes production reports as directed.
  • Cooperates with members of team, communicating ideas and concerns in a positive results oriented manner
  • Performs assembly or secondary operations as required and assists the team and rest of shift in any manner needed.
  • Read and follow job operation sheets daily to insure quality of assemblies.
  • Performs job duties in accordance with ISO 9002 Procedures and Work Instructions.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to perform simple math functions for production counts and down time.
  • Ability to follow written directions on job operation sheets. .
  • Ability to communicate in a courteous manner when dealing with other people.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Ability to accurately determine whether a manufactured part conforms to quality specifications.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly

Education and Experience:

  1. Previous injection molding experience preferred.

Press Operator

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client company in Victor, IA is looking for Press Operators. Press operators work independently to make, pack and ship good parts to our customer’s specifications. Operators need to work at a productive pace and communicate any issues with a supervisor or quality (QA) member. Operators will be asked to multi task and run more than one press at a time. Your attendance and work ethic are essential to a positive work environment. This is a temp to hire position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Operators work for 8-12 hours a day pending their dedicated schedule.
  • Operators are required to document production and record product daily.
  • Operators must be able to use tools of the trade, such as but not limited to: Knives, clippers, drills, pin gauges, and tape gun.
  • Operators work should be neat and tidy. Please write legibly as possible, tape and labels need to be straight and applied properly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Operators must be able to read, understand and follow written instructions, quality alerts and other required information.
  • Operators need to be prepared to stand for most, if not all, of their shift.
  • Operators need to be able to identify, record and dispose of rejected parts correctly.
  •  Attendance and being punctual is a must.
  • Drug screen and background check required

Various shift options to choose from between 7am to Midnight, some weekends may be required.
