OVERVIEW
Project Coordinator I has responsibility for the implementation and execution of projects. The coordinator will have the responsibility for developing and executing the project plan and is responsible to the Customer, the Contractor, Business Partner and the company for overall success and execution of the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Assist with managing projects
• Be primary contact for business partners for assigned project related activities
• Use procedures to document open or closed actions to resolve any related concerning clarifications or exceptions
• Utilize forecasting planning models to identify lead times, determine critical path elements for risk mitigation considerations and project completion deadlines
• Implement activities required for order processing
• Monitor project process and maintain monthly, weekly or daily reporting with transparent details

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to understand basic technical or procurement related engineering requirements.
• Effective communication both written and oral
• Proficient using Microsoft Office
• Management Skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma required. 2-year degree preferred with 2-4 years related experience.

Bi-Lingual Customer Service Call Center Agent

OVERVIEW:
This is a full-time job opportunity that is considered Temp-to-Hire in Marshalltown.  You will be working for a well establish call center troubleshooting and answering customer questions via phone, e-mail and web chat. Various shift options to choose from between 7am to Midnight, some weekends may be required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Answering incoming support calls and e-support contacts
• Generate and record accurate activity records in the appropriate tracking systems
•  Perform appropriate telephone support to ensure that customer questions are answered completely

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer literacy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other types of CRM software
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Active listening skills
•  Ability to troubleshoot

Production Laborer

Long term, production job as a parts puller and/or press operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pull parts from machine, stack into bins
• Count parts
• Quality inspection
• Set up and operate press
• Package and label parts

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to use and read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
• Must be able to covert fractions to decimals
• Able to accurately complete paperwork

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prior production experience a plus

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:
7:00 – 3:30 with overtime as needed. Some Saturdays will be required

WAGE:
$10-$12 per hour depending on experience

General laborers operate a variety of equipment and perform all types of construction and maintenance related work in the manufacturing and production process of concrete products. This is a long term employment opportunity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products
• Places steel reinforcing in forms in the manufacturing production process
• Places concrete into forms
• Tears down forms after the concrete is cured
• Cleans and lubricates forms to be used in the manufacturing production process
• Places covers and positions steam lines for curing process

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to follow the all  safety practices
• Ability to work with/around light, medium and heavy equipment
• Ability to work with construction/concrete equipment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Concrete and/or construction experience highly preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
• 8 hour shift typically
• Overtime as needed

WAGE
• $14/hr

This is a long term-seasonal employment opportunity. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Moving product from staging area to loading area per work orders
• Follow proper handling procedure of the goods
• Responsible for conducting regular inspection of the forklift to ensure its safety and ability of performing operations
• Verifying the loaded material with the order that is provided
• Coordinating work with the warehouse staff and efficiently carrying out the orders of the supervisor
