OVERVIEW
Responsible for technical lite assembly & kitting tasks, equipment operation, and general warehouse operations support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Assembly includes, piston ringing, sleeving and packaging.
• Inventory receiving, order fulfillment,, packaging and warehouse duties

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Creativity in problem solving
• Strict attention to detail and adherence to quality control processes
• Forklift experience
• Basic Computer experience
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems preferred
• Able to lift up to 40#

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma
Computers: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook email, scheduling

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
Day hours, full time

WAGE
Start at least $11 per hour, experience starting pay could be hire.

Production - Assembly

OVERVIEW
Under direct supervision, you will work with a team to perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Performs limited assembly, fabrication, production or operator tasks of a standard nature.
• Sequence, methods, specifications are available require minimal interpretation.
• May utilize standard shop tools where set-up is easily achieved and is not critical.
• Measures and cuts insulation. Apply glue, wraps, and secures insulation.
• May perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production or operator tasks of a standard nature.
• Assemble wire harnesses
• Perform run tests

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Some previous basic training, knowledge or assembly/production experience preferred.
• Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge.
• Must be able to read, understand, and apply customer specifications.
• Must be able to understand verbal communication to perform job
• Must be able to safely and effectively use a variety of tools, identify unit components, install insulation, and make labels per instructions.
• Must be able to move at least 40 pounds.
• Able to stand for a full shift

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prefer High School diploma or equivalent

WORK HOURS/SHIFT
Must be available for 2nd or 3rd shifts
2nd 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Most likely positions will be on 2nd shift.

Overtime is mandatory. 2nd shift OT is at end of shift working until 1 or 2 AM

WAGE
$11 per hour

Overtime over 40 hours worked in workweek

Concrete Production Laborer

OVERVIEW:
General laborers operate a variety of equipment and perform all types of construction and maintenance related work in the manufacturing and production process of concrete products. This is a long term employment opportunity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products
  • Places steel reinforcing in forms in the manufacturing production process
  • Places concrete into forms
  • Tears down forms after the concrete is cured
  • Cleans and lubricates forms to be used in the manufacturing production process
  • Places covers and positions steam lines for curing process

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet targets and deadlines
  • Ability to follow the all  safety practices
  • Ability to work with/around light, medium and heavy equipment
  • Ability to work with construction/concrete equipment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Concrete and/or construction experience highly preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:

  • 8 hour shift typically
  • Overtime as needed

WAGE:

  • $14/hr with periodic raises with attendance bonus

Production / Machine Operator

OVERVIEW:
Production and machine operator in a production environment producing insulation pieces for manufactured products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Assist machine operators with pulling parts
• Count, stack and check parts for quality
• Place die on machine
• Run presses to cut parts to accurate pieces
• Complete paperwork accurately for every job.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Basic math knowledge
• Be able to read a tape measure to nearest 1/16th of an inch
• Physical requirements include, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, twisting, pushing and pulling
• Lifting up to 50-60#
• Must be able to climb a step ladder
• Must be able to work around dust and insulation and work in extreme temperatures

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• HS diploma or GED highly preferred
• Prior production experience preferred

WORK HOURS/SHIFT:
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday

WAGE:
$ 10.00 per hour
