OVERVIEW
This is a Temp-to-Hire Job Opportunity working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.  This is a light industrial position. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in the manufacturing process with plastic injection molding
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Welder

This is a long term assignment at an Industrial Facility in Burlington.  It offers a good opportunity to become a Temp-to-Hire employment opportunity.  This position requires that you will effectively and safely perform specialized welding to include Mig & Tig welding.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand, interpret and properly apply work instructions
• Lays out, positions, and secures part and assemblies according to specifications using straightedge combination square, calipers, and ruler
• Welds components and assemblies using  welding equipment
• Welds components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
• Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations

GENERAL LABOR-PAINT FILL

This is a long term assignment at a manufacturing facility in Burlington.  This position works in the production area and is responsible for filling 5 gallon paint cans.  Must be able to tolerate the smell and fumes from the manufacturing process of paint.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Filling 5 gallon paint cans efficiently to meet production requirements
• Lift 50 – 60 lbs to palletize paint buckets
• Follow proper handling and safety procedures
• Other duties as may be assigned by management

This is a long term assignment with the opportunity to convert to a full time employee directly with a premier manufacturing facility in Burlington.  Dynamic position requires previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment as well as experience with inventory systems/cycle counting.  This position requires a lot of time on the production floor and is considered a non-sedentary position.  You will have to move around the shop floor being exposed to loud noise and heat while performing job duties. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists production scheduling to ensure that manufacturing is acutely aware of existing requirements.
• Maintains inventory accuracy for OEM and export inventory.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Excel, Access and Outlook.
